Promoted into a new role after latest acquisition, leading multi manufacturing sites in North America for GCX, a worldwide leading company of medical instrumentation & IT mounting solutions. Establishing an Advance Manufacturing team that will work through NPD/NPI processes, Proto-typing, automation development & implementation, and fixturing, inclusively for all N.A. sites, Establishing Manufacturing Engineering groups to lead the development & implementation of NPI and interfacing with GCX PMO, NPD and the Advance Manufacturing teams that will include new product launches, line transfers & training. Establishing Kaizen processes that will aim towards safety, process improvements & systems, reduce wastes, increase efficiencies/thru-put, cost improvements, cost recovery, and cost avoidance. Leading and expanding our On-Site Service team that support installations, implementation of assemblies and mounting activities at our GCX customer locations.
