   I lead the enterprise Education and Awareness team, which promotes Microsoft’s security initiatives through focused training and campaigns to drive awareness of current and emerging security trends, and influences behavior change throughout the enterprise. In addition to my Security Education, Awareness and Training role, I\'ve been Chief of Staff of Microsoft\'s Digital, Security & Resilience engineering organization. My role is to guide the office of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in creating the organization’s strategic vision and operational oversight to accomplish CISO’s objectives-Manage 15 direct reports across multiple disciplines and geos -Synthesize problems, deliver solutions, develop processes and framework that drive decisions -Two-time Telly award winner for Security foundations training, a flagship Microsoft training with exceptional satisfaction -Built enterprise technical training aligned to adult learning theories focused on security, IT and cloud engineers -Led a cross-functional team to fulfill internal Microsoft Employee Security Summit and external CISO Connection events providing both a virtual and in-person learning experience -Built out and evangelize organization Strategy which creates clarity and enables Microsoft to build the most trusted devices and services, while keeping our company safe and our data protected -Act as trusted advisor and voice for Chief Information Security Officer including internal, external and social communications -Advocate, ally and leader of Diversity, Inclusion & Culture - providing an environment where people feel welcomed and connected to our organization -Focused on building and maintaining a healthy leadership team - based on trust -Oversee Business Operations and Planning for 900+ organization with $350M budget.
