   Red Moon Interactive is a user experience design and interactive marketing consultancy that partners with talented resources to provide a complete range of user-centered design activities. As a Principal User Experience Researcher I am responsible for providing leadership, strategy and overall guidance to clients in a variety of industries. Activities include user research, site assessments, competitive assessments, requirements gathering, personas, wireframe and interaction design, responsive design, usability testing and site optimization. My responsibilities cover sales, project scoping and the full development lifecycle, supporting clients on a variety of public facing and internal web sites and applications and mobile devices. Currently Ken is creating user experiences for small devices including mobile phones and tablets across a variety of platforms. Ken is also conducting user research and designing a web application. Other projects include web applications and Microsoft SharePoint projects. Ken recently completed user research and usability testing for new product concepts and also of a large bank rewards program. Developed an ongoing iterative research and testing program for quickly testing mobile device apps and concepts. Sample clients include PayPal, HTC, LexisNexis, RealNetworks, Microsoft, Compassion International, Fusion Alliance, Fjord, Awesome Giant, David C. Cook, usability.org, Medify, and the University of Washington.
