I have worked in the CRM/SaaS industry for 12+ years and 18+ in software overall. I understand how important the customer experience is to being successful in this space.When people ask about what I do and who I am, I talk about three things - Positivity, Integrity, and Customer Success. Positivity permeates my life. Positivity helps me to be passionate about the work that I do and the adventures that I enjoy. I define Integrity as doing the right things for the right reasons and doing it with thoughtful intention. I like to put the \"grit\" into Inte-grit-y by working hard, setting/achieving goals, helping others, while being respectful and kind. Last, but certainly not least is Customer Success, which is key! Successful Customers are the reason that I do what I do in life. Providing a product that customers love and helping them obtain every bit of value they can out of it makes my day.My daily objective is to come to the table with a positive attitude, determined to make a difference in the lives of others.
