I delivered unparalleled success in attracting high quality healthcare businesses with debt in excess of £125m. I raised the profile of the existing team with other operators outside of the scheme also being attracted.At RBS, I had a national remit, looking after some of the Bank’s key Healthcare operators as key clients. I built a portfolio with over £140m of debt and thoroughly enjoyed working with management teams to bring to market state-of-the-art facilities for the benefit of residents, local communities and create thousands of jobs.I’ve now switched sides and joined Adept, which is a highly regarded regional operator with growth aspirations.
