My 29-year career has been marked by a consistent ability to design and implement robust VoIP solutions, seamlessly migrate users to advanced platforms, and drive significant cost savings. Presently performing consulting work for New Era Technology, serving various Fortune 500 customers, open to new opportunities. Originally a PC-support/Novell engineer while at Citi, I transitioned to Voice, after Y2K, I utilize my PC-skills in Telecommuncations where necessary as a value added feature. With a deep understanding of leading technologies such as Cisco, Avaya, and Citrix, I have hands-on experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PBX systems, VoIP technology, and various communication platforms. Highly skilled in diverse hardware modalities; Cisco, Avaya hard and softphones, NICE Logger systems, SpeakerBus and Unify Turrets in Trading environments. This technical acumen extends to adept troubleshooting and prompt resolution of telecom issues, all while ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulations. Trouble-shooting and resolution of all hardware is my just one of my forte. Collaboration is at the core of what I do. I have worked closely with diverse Telecom colleagues, stakeholders (Trading Floor, Executives), including software developers, IT engineers, and corporate staff, to enhance communication efficiency. My focus is always on aligning these technical solutions with business goals, ensuring that the technology serves the organization\'s broader strategy. Programming various devices listed is another skill I truly enjoy performing. Always delivered programming requests in timely manner for Trading and Executive environment,During pandemic was involved with promoting Aria Soft-turret solution for Wells Fargo trading environment, allowing all traders the safety of working-from-home (WFH). Significant cost save and gave traders edge on safely trading while remote. Worked on Jabber, Cisco remote softphone solution, providing Wells Fargo staff the same remote features.My commitment to innovation and problem-solving, combined with my proficiency in working across various facets of telecommunications, positions me to bring value and insights to teams aiming to harness the power of modern communication tools.
