In June 2025, my brother Dong Nguyen and I founded KOT Projects after noticing a major gap in the industry. Too often, merchandise felt basic and standard. At the same time, we saw how difficult it was to find manufacturers who are reliable, cost-efficient, sustainable, and ethical.Growing up in Vietnam, surrounded by one of the world’s largest manufacturing hubs, and having prior experience in the industry ourselves, we understood both the opportunities and the challenges. That background gave us the foundation to build a company designed to bridge the gap between vision and creation.KOT Projects is a private label and merchandising studio that helps creators, brands, businesses, and organizations develop custom-designed products with end-to-end support. We provide design and creative development, manufacturing, packaging, logistics, e-commerce, and marketing solutions under one efficient system.By simplifying the process and offering flexible partnership models, we allow our partners to focus on their goals while we handle the rest.
