I grew up a military child living in amazing places like Puerto Rico, Iceland, and Sicily. This upbringing led me to embark on my own adventures in search of meaning, professional development, and perspective. During this time, I had the opportunity to wear many hats in my professional career: Software Developer, Peace Corps Volunteer, Teacher, HR Professional, and Soldier.The culmination of these experiences led me to a career that binds all these experiences together. I believe code has the ability to democratize the world, grant access to underprivileged communities, empower the masses, build incredible businesses, and bring more humanity to the world. When I\'m not at my desk creating the latest and greatest applications, you can probably find me on the water rowing. I\'ve been rowing since high school and the sheer beauty of the sport is something I treasure(and I love to compete!).
