I have worn many hats in my career – product manager, programmer, designer, marketer, trainer, salesperson, customer advocate, and leader. Being comfortable in all these areas means I can see the big picture and make the right decisions. I am driven to get things done – both directly, and through my team. I run toward challenges and love pushing myself. I am a naturally curious person, and I never stop learning – from programming languages to spoken languages, nutrition to permaculture, business management to personal enlightenment.When I’m not hard at work, I try my best to appreciate the outdoors - I’m a big hiker/adventurer/explorer, and love to ride my bike.    Expanded leadership scope to include the Agile Center of Excellence and the Project Management Office (PMO), while unifying and scaling the Quality Assurance (QA) function across the entire product portfolio- Led a high-performing team of 20+ Product Owners and 65+ QA professionals (manual and automated), fostering a culture of delivery excellence and continuous improvement- Drove a 76%+ productivity increase over two years by consolidating 15+ contract agencies down to 2, while maintaining a flat operating budget- Architected and executed another enterprise-wide agile transformation, evolving from isolated SCRUM teams to a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across 30+ scrum teams — including readiness, training, and delivery- Accelerated product delivery velocity by scaling output from 100 Epics in the first Program Increment (PI) of 2024 to 163+ Epics in the first PI of 2025, with sustained 90%+ on-time delivery- Modernized QA operations by introducing a standard Selenium/Python-based automated testing framework, slashing manual testing time from 280+ hours to just 3 hours on key projects.
