Growing up in a blue-collar family from Canton, Ohio, I specialize in economic policy initiatives concerning working-class, low-income, and rural communities. Whether it is grant programs, legislative affairs, or program management, I have experience across all levels of government at various organizations and roles. From my time growing up in the Midwest, notably with roots throughout Appalachia and the Rust Belt, I primarily focus on federal initiatives to address poverty and promote economic development. Currently, I serve as Legislative Correspondent and Staff Assistant in the United States House of Representatives for Congressman Emanuel Cleaver — a champion for affordable housing and the working class.
