Dedicated to VMware’s 5th largest global account with one of VMware’s largest NSX deployments• Responsible for finding solutions to product obstacles and complex operational challenges which often involved writing custom scripts, runbooks and holding workshops• Worked with product engineering team internally to develop custom solutions to issues with such a large scale deployment of NSX. Used this partnership with engineering to develop a custom upgrade plan that accomplished 3 upgrades at once and cut more than 12 months off their upgrade cycle.• Functioned as the NSX SME and go-between for the customer and VMware. • Filled in for Core product TAM as needed and assisted our customer as well the VMware Global Support Services team with core product support cases as well as NSX support cases• Led quarterly sales report meetings with Senior VP level visibility at VMware
