ABOUT KENNY SULLIVAN

I have spent the past 30+ years in technology leadership helping organizations recognize the value in their technology investments. The key to driving value is understanding where technology can really create a competitive advantage and focusing our efforts around this. To accomplish this, it is critical to engage business leaders, listen so you can understand, and then deliver. When IT organizations truly understand what drives a business and the competitive environments they are in, then we will earn the right to play a strategic role in the business.My experience in multiple industries including telecommunications, oil & gas, retail, financial services, and hospitality has given me a broad perspective. The one thing that has remained consistent no matter what industry I am working in is that a great team makes all the difference. It is one thing to understand what can be done but another thing to get it done. With a great team and a great vision, we can take technology to the next level and truly drive results. I understand how to deliver technology solutions and how to create high performing teams to meet the challenge.When we can bring together a strong understanding of how the business works, with the capabilities to deliver, then we can see and deliver the innovations that truly differentiate a company from its competitors.
