I am a litigation attorney serving clients in New York and New Jersey, with a practice focused on banking, real estate, commercial, and employment litigation.My primary focus is banking litigation, where I regularly defend clients against banks and other financial institutions, including mortgage lenders and servicers. This work includes contested residential and commercial foreclosures, breach of contract matters, guaranties, and judgment enforcement.I also handle real estate litigation, representing clients in disputes involving lenders, servicers, and financial institutions. My experience includes contract litigation, title claims, contested foreclosures, quiet title actions, and matters involving municipal taxes, zoning, code enforcement, liens, and judgments.In addition, my practice includes commercial litigation, where I represent businesses and individuals in disputes involving fraud, breach of contract, unfair trade practices, finance-related matters, and claims arising under the Uniform Commercial Code, including sales, negotiable instruments, fund transfers, and secured transactions.I also defend employment litigation matters, including claims arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act and New York Labor Law. ’ :I am the Managing Partner of KOR Law LLP. Prior to founding the firm, I practiced at several respected law firms, including an Am Law 200 firm, representing banking institutions, mortgage lenders, servicers, and trusts in contested foreclosures, title claims, and contract litigation.Earlier in my career, I practiced at a national law firm representing consumer debtors and defended public benefit corporations.
