You will be responsible for acquisition planning, acquisition strategy, developing negotiation objectives, and negotiating all types of contracts for large dollar complex projects.You will serve as advisor to program officials in procurement planning meetings.You will develop the acquisition plan and formalize the acquisition strategy with the requiring activity to include a wide variety of pertinent issues such as funding, market research, delivery requirements, and Government-furnished property.You will serve as Lead Negotiator planning the negotiation strategy, coordinate strategy with negotiation team, and leads the negotiations which are conducted with contractors.You will serve as spokesperson for the Government during complex contract negotiations.You will perform contract administration which includes incremental funding, price or cost analysis in order to prepare rate and cost adjustments.You will be responsible for subsequent negotiation of modifications, supplements and settlements of claims and disputes.You will collect, record and evaluate performance, production and delivery data obtained in statistical, graphic and narrative form which reflects current program objectives and status.

Negotiate with suppliers to draw up procurement contracts. Negotiate, administers, extends, terminates and renegotiates contracts. Formulate procurement proposals, direct and coordinates activities of workers engaged in formulating bid proposals.
