Program Manager for Ford\'s North American V6 engine products Execute and deliver new engine program launches for new model vehicles - F150, Expedition, Navigator, Bronco, Ranger, etc. Lead and coach cross-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver engine products - process, hardware, software, robotics, IT, packaging, etc. Facilitate coordination between Manufacturing and Product Development teams to optimize product delivery, launch timing, and product complexity/feasibility to manufacture Ensure manufacturing readiness of product and quality standards for safe product launch at internal Ford engine plant operations, OEM\'s, and Tier I and II suppliers Management of all program finances, budget, and cost studies across NA V6 engine platforms Lead study of future product cycles and planning critical to manufacturing deployment. Identify and optimize new and used assembly line, machining, and robotic assets needed to deliver new engine products
