In my first role as a support desk analyst I established a reputation as a friendly and knowledgeable source of advice and information for both my team and the company. My relationship building throughout the business and IT that would see me become the first point of contact for any major issues that occurred. This gave me the knowledge and desire to pursue a career in application support. Since being in my current position I have added many technical skills to the soft skills that I gained in my previous role.
