Most recently serving as Director of Athletics at Archbishop Carroll High School, I oversaw a comprehensive athletic department of 14+ programs, managed six-figured budgets, and led strategic partnerships that enhanced student-athlete development—including emotional intelligence training and academic support systems. My leadership extends beyond the field, serving on emergency response teams and administrative boards, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Previously, I’ve held key coaching and administrative roles at institutions such as Howard University, Morgan State University, and Bishop O’Connell High School. I’ve coached All-Conference athletes, NFL players, and served on the coaching staff for Team USA and the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.
