Maintain accurate student attendance and progress records. Monitor, document, and evaluate student progress daily with case notes and reports. Develop individualized training where appropriate.Develop/maintain truck driver curriculum, including making recommendations for new expenditures, ordering teaching materials, supplies, and equipment. Be prepared to instruct, supervise and monitor student actions in all phases of training and ensure students’ compliance with program policy.Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant state, federal, and company policies and procedures. Coordinate with employment staff to secure employment for students. Attend community and recruitment events as well as assist other organizational efforts. Obtain a minimum of 20 hours of in-service education and selected professional growth meetings, training, and activities.
