As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Family Dollar, I am passionate about finding and hiring the best candidates for our retail stores across the country. With over 8 years of experience in recruiting, sales, and customer relationship management (CRM), I have developed strong skills in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talent, as well as building and maintaining relationships with clients, candidates, and contractors. I have also acquired a Professional Recruiter Certification from ADP, which demonstrates my commitment to excellence and professionalism in my field. Previously, I worked as an Account Manager and a Recruiter at Aerotek, where I managed multiple accounts, placed qualified candidates, and provided exceptional contractor care. I also have a background in real estate and retail sales, which gives me a unique perspective and understanding of the needs and challenges of the retail industry.
