Management of the first line risk management, governance and frameworks team within Zurich’s UK Operations function. Working on behalf of the Chief Operations Officer and their leadership team to identify, establish, embed and maintain an appropriate risk and governance framework for the function. Ensuring the team operate an effective risk management, control and governance through the implementation, maintenance and operation of robust controls on behalf of the Chief Operations Officer. Providing co-ordination, review and challenge that supports an effective Risk Management framework across the UK Operations function.Ensure the team provide support and education to the UK Operations function on Risk, Governance and Compliance policy, including supporting the implementation of new policy across the department Responsibility for maintaining open and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, and Audit, supporting the business with management of actions and issue resolution.
