Strengthening and underpinning financial performance through period of record revenue (c.£90m), return to operating profitability and progress towards financial sustainability- Previously providing financial experience and direction to market leading, independently owned international executive ground transportation provider through a pivotal phase of its development strategy to deliver £50m Turnover and 10% Net Profit Margin, following a period of significant, double-digit revenue growth- Establishing and leading a finance function for a high growth (150% Compound Annual Growth in turnover in 10 years since inception), family-owned business to introduce and develop a framework of financial and business infrastructure, processes, controls, and disciplines relevant for a business with a £25m hotel estate, annual turnover in excess of £17m and EBITDA of £3.0m - Reporting to the Executive Committee / Board of C&C Group PLC, leading the commercial finance function of Scotland’s pre-eminent brewer through a significant period in its development. Overseeing growth in Net Sales Revenue of over 60% through acquisition and organic growth whilst maintaining Trading Profit levels during a period in which market sales volumes down c-10%- Managing Tennent Caledonian Breweries’ trade investment activity, establishing a team that was awarded “Lender of the Year” recognition by Business Insider in 2013 investing over £30m in the Scottish Licensed Trade- 3 years’ experience of managing transactions with PwC’s award winning Scottish and Consumer Goods Corporate Finance teams for clients ensuring a smooth process, maintaining competitive tension, and meeting clients’ expectations to provide maximum value- Worked with the board of directors of Arnold Clark Automobiles, one of UK’s largest independently owned companies, as Group Accountant to establish an effective monthly reporting, monitoring and review process across over 150 branches;
