With over 20 years of experience in technology leadership and software development, I guide the company\'s technical direction in line with business goals, focusing on cutting-edge technology for client value in ecommerce.Since 1990, I\'ve been immersed in the realm of technology leadership, steering development teams as small as 5 and as large as 200 engineers across 5 continents and 14 countries. My expertise lies in building cohesive, integrated engineering teams, especially in remote work environments, fostering a unique blend of innovation, unity and efficiency despite geographical distances. My project management experience is diverse, ranging from small-scale initiatives requiring just a few man-months to massive, nationwide software deployments for Fortune 100 companies and government agencies. This breadth of experience has honed my ability to adapt and excel in various technological and organizational landscapes.Currently, as the CTO of Heatmap.com, I am at the helm of the most dynamic and skilled team I\'ve ever had the privilege to lead, featuring top-tier engineers from Ghana, Nigeria, and Kenya. Together, we\'re developing an unprecedented, groundbreaking platform in the ecommerce analytics sphere — arguably the most technically demanding and industry-transformative project of my career.My current focus and areas of research are in the strategic management of big data and the development of code patterns.
