   As the senior technical lead of the Production Operations team at the Meta Data Center in Gallatin I ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of AI systems that power our innovative services. Our Data Centers are the backbone of our rapidly scaling infrastructure that help drive our AI infrastructure forward.I manage and maintain AI infrastructure, including large-scale machine learning clusters, AI model training environments, and inference servers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI infrastructure solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, leveraging expertise in Linux, server hardware, and networking to resolve problems at scale. Develop and implement automation tools and scripts to optimize AI infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability. Participate in root cause analysis of infrastructure issues, working closely with engineering teams to identify and implement fixes. Drive process improvements and optimize operations, leveraging data analytics and performance metrics to inform decision-making.Provide technical leadership and support to the team, mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the development of best practices for AI infrastructure management. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to introduce new AI platforms and hardware to the site, accelerating the time it takes to bring these products to sustained mass production.
