Lead for UX design on the HiFi Connections team. I work on the vision and strategy for the Xfinity WiFi troubleshooting and connections experience. I carry designs from ideation to development, from creating engineering specs to QAing. I work closely with product and engineering partners to frame and understand problems in order to produce user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, specs, and high-fidelity mockups. I also collaborate with our UX research team to frame studies and synthesize results that improve user experiences.
