I’m an analyst and connector who equips and advises leaders to achieve strategic goals across government, philanthropy, and the private sector. I thrive in unfamiliar territory and get smart quickly on new challenges, and I spot opportunities others miss and deliver results when stakes are high.At USAID, I advised leadership and built an engagement function to promote more strategic engagement with the philanthropic community. I managed relationships with Gates Foundation, Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, and other major partners. I also coordinated bilateral partnerships with EU and Swedish governments on shared development priorities. As Ukraine Country Affairs Officer, I advised leadership on private sector engagement and economic recovery strategy following Russia’s full-scale invasion. I coordinated strategic engagement across business leaders, Ukrainian counterparts, and U.S. government agencies to advance economic recovery during wartime and support eventual reconstruction.At Teach For All, I learned grant writing on the job and spent six years developing proposals for governments, foundations, and corporate donors, helping secure the organization’s first USAID grant. I separately led US government advocacy work that influenced congressional appropriations language for global education.
