   Directly responsible for the administration of all business aspects of lease management: Work closely with senior leadership in finance, procurement, facilities, real estate and site operational leadership on existing leases analysis, future requirements and the business case(s) for new leases. Draft and route Capital Appropriation Request (CAR) forms to obtain financial approval for real estate transactions per the Danaher/Cytiva Delegation of Authority (DOA) and Real Estate Transaction Playbook. Responsible along with Strategic Sourcing interaction for vendor on-boarding to ensure that the landlords are established and approved in internal payables system. Liaison between Cytiva leadership and CBRE (Danaher/Cytiva Global Brokerage firm) on real estate transactions to ensure compliance. Review with CBRE annual reconciliations (and Subtenant accounts), and other related billings. Responsible for proper interpretation of lease terms and ensuring compliance of lease related payments. Communicate and resolve Landlord related disputes in accordance with Lease provisions to ensure cost savings initiatives for assigned portfolio.
