At a previous firm, Ken was the founder and managing partner of the firm\'s Shanghai office for five years, and has counseled clients on IP issues in the Asia-Pacific region for nearly 20 years. Ken\'s experience in Asia and his relationships with foreign law firms further the interests of his U.S. and European-based clients having business or litigation interests in Asia. Ken also has substantial experience drafting and negotiating supply agreements and other cross-border transactions, especially those involving the transfer or license of intellectual property and technology. Ken has litigated both in Federal Court and before the U.S. International Trade Commission in disputes concerning semiconductor processing and equipment, circuitry design, software, and medical devices.
