Kenneth F. Neuman, Esq, is the founding shareholder of Altior Law, PC, a boutique business litigation law firm in Birmingham, Michigan. Mr. Neuman specializes in complex commercial litigation and business consulting, with a focus on corporate, automotive, construction and real estate disputes and accounting malpractice actions. Mr. Neuman brings over 33 years of experience in litigating and trying numerous cases. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Neuman is also a registered Certified Public Accountant. His ability to understand financial and accounting issues makes Mr. Neuman uniquely qualified to handle most business consulting and litigation issues, where business valuation and lost profit analyses are prevalent. Further, Mr. Neuman serves as a Court appointed Receiver and facilitator in Wayne, Oakland and St. Clair Counties, is a panelist for the complex commercial litigation division of the Oakland County and Wayne County Case Evaluation offices and is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. He has also served as an arbitrator and mediator on numerous business disputes, including accounting malpractice claims, constrution cases, and breach of contract actions, including automotive manufacturing disputes. Mr. Neuman has been named a Superlawer since 2007, was identified as a Superlawyer Top 100 Michigan attorney since 2012 and a Top 50 Michigan business attorney since 2013. He has also been recognized by Best\'s, dBusiness and numerous other rating agencies as one of the premiere business lawyers in the State. Mr. Neuman also volunteers for numerous non-profits, including the Home Builders Association, Jewish Federation, and serves as a Master of the American Inns of Court.
