About Kenneth McGivney

I am a Partner in the Firm’s Assurance Service Line, servicing the human service, healthcare, and tax exempt markets for over 20 years providing audit and consulting services. I have also given training seminars for Nonprofit Executives, Board Members, financial managers on topics such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Board Fiduciary Responsibility, Funding Source Updates, and third party rate calculation and liabilities. My nonprofit expertise includes a wide variety of charitable organizations including religious organizations, public charities, environmental organizations, nonprofit schools, associations, and foundations. Currently I am a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). I am also proudly serving as Board Vice President (former Treasurer) of the Schenectady Community Home, Inc, d/b/a the Joan Nicole Prince Home, a comfort care home providing services to the terminally ill.
