Ken has 30-plus years in the execution and executive management of business development, client management and retention, marketing and sales with deep roots in BPO and RCM sales in the healthcare, utility and government vertical markets. In every aspect of his career, Ken blends data-driven strategies with collaborative inclusion and servant leadership to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. He has a unique ability to build valued relationships with integrity, dialogue to understand client challenges and collaborate to provide solutions.A 2023 HFMA Morgan Award recipient, Ken has served the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) on local, regional and national levels and currently serves on the Board of Central Ohio Chapter as well as on the Board of Directors at Central Oho Patient Account Managers. Ken also serves as current Board Chair for nonprofit Columbus Relief. A 1989 graduate of Wittenberg University, Ken lives in Westerville, OH and enjoys travelling with his family, serving with Columbus Relief and golf when he has the opportunity.
