I practice in civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defence litigation. I represent ICBC insureds in litigation over major loss and catastrophic appeals, including claims involving MS, thoracic outlet syndrome, traumatic brain injury, psychiatric injuries including depression and PTSD, chronic pain, and spinal cord injuries. I also handle Underinsured Motorist Protection arbitrations. In addition to insurance defence I also practice some employment law (non-union) and general commercial litigation.
