About Kenneth Lenoir
As a Quality Engineer my specialty is process improvement through root cause and corrective actions measures with the goal of meeting stakeholder’s requirements. I do this by using an array of quality tools to drive defects and scrap down which helps the business unit meet on time delivery goals and quality requirements. I have been successful because of my ability to follow up with and provide feedback to multi-cultural groups throughout the improvement process. What’s unique about me and my approach is the ability to effectively use the principles from my Lean Six Sigma training which can be used in any manufacturing platform.
