About Ken Williams
I have 10 Years of experience in the Biotechnology field, currently working as the Bioinformatics Lead for Telesis Bio. In my current role I work closely with software developers and R&D staff to develop bioinformatic service APIs, machine learning algorithms for handling the complexities of DNA sequences, and automate the screening for Pathogenic Constructs. In addition, I build out NGS analysis pipelines, and the algorithm for the Digital to Biological Converter. Previously, at Thermofisher scientific, I worked in Data Analysis and Management, Software Development and Instrument Servicing. I have provided Bioinformatic support on the development of the Oncomine Dx Target Test; the very first Next Generation Sequencing Companion Diagnostic Test.
