Optimize daily operations for a staff of 55 to drive maintenance, housekeeping, and capital improvement projects for Security and Safety Divisions across 74 municipal facilities totaling 2.7M sq.ft. Improve workflow processes, scheduling, and fiscal management to deliver operational efficiency.· Allocate, approve, and balance a $17M field operations annual budget – controlling expenditures and proposing strategic adjustments to meet evolving operational needs with total fiscal integrity· Prepare forecasting and budgeting documents and create 5-10 year projections for deferred maintenance projects with detailed resource allocation plans· Initiate and execute space planning projects for facilities up to 545K sq.ft. and 17 stories· Drive efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery, incorporating computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) software to organize work orders and generate data-driven reports· Prioritize requests from senior city leaders – including the Mayor’s Office and City Directors· Author technical, statistical, and special reports for senior management teams, elevating the transparency and accountability of operations, maintenance, and security, and safety activities· Manage more than 30 critical performance and vendors contracts with 3rd party maintenance and physical security organizations· Improve service quality for MEP, housekeeping, elevator PM, and city jail maintenance· Develop and manage annual departmental budgets – $20 in operations and $10M in CIP· Foster collaborative partnerships in planning and executing more than 90 renovation construction and maintenance projects per fiscal year to enhance infrastructure· Facilitate weekly staff meetings and collaborate with internal departments and civic groups
