Manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. Responsibilities include the following functional areas: employee engagement, employee relations, training and development, organizational development.Creating and enforcing company policies that determine the way employees conduct themselves in the workplace and address issues like drug and alcohol use, sexual harassment, and privacy. Provide positive conflict resolution between employees and management that arise in the workplace. Train managers to develop the skills needed to handle employees in all potential work scenarios and deal with employees, especially in difficult situations.Address and investigate employee concerns that encourage a supportive atmosphere in the workplace and protect the interests of all parties involved.Provide advice and counsel on employment matters, EEOC, OFFCP, NLRB, wage claims.
