Manage and provide site support for Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Programs (RMP)for Nutrien Ag Solutions manufacturing/retail facilities. Provide process safety engineering expertise to ensure personnel safety, process safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance at all of our branches/facilities. Track facility KPIs to cultivate continual improvement of process safety and risk mitigation. Continually monitor the status of PSM/RMP program elements to ensure improvement, including identifying areas where additional support and or training is needed. Audit PSM, RMP and CalARP programs for US Nutrien Ag Solutions manufacturing/retail facilities for compliance with PSM, RMP and CalARP. Assist with development, implementation, and continual improvement of Nutrien Ag Solutions PSM/RMP standards and best practices in accordance with appropriate codes, standards, and industry guidelines.
