Kenneth Rojc manages the firm\'s Automotive Finance Group and joined Nisen & Elliott as a partner in 1991. Mr. Rojc is a member of the legal committee of the Association of Consumer Motor Vehicle Lessors and the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. He has been actively involved with federal and state regulators in connection with consumer lease and credit sale disclosure laws. The Automotive Finance Group at Nisen & Elliott represents most of the major banks and captive finance companies involved in motor vehicle financing and leasing. Mr. Rojc is a frequent speaker at national automotive finance conferences and has contributed regularly to The Business Lawyer on automotive finance legal issues.
