   Ken Reiff has over 30 years in commercial real estate, specializing in distribution warehouse space and food processing facilities and representing some of the largest food manufacturers in Northern California.Over the course of his career, Ken has been a top producing real estate professional representing regional, national and international corporations. His expertise includes lease and sale negotiations, strategic planning, site selection, and development, as well as logistics for distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and food-grade facilities. He has extensive experience in REO sales, completing more than 110 transactions representing 33 financial institutions and trustees in Federal Bankruptcy Court.Reiff’s gas station expertise stems from his over 30 years of site selection, permitting, design, construction and financing and development of gas stations and petroleum related projects. Ken is considered an expert at evaluating and selling petroleum related real estate and is called upon by owners, lenders, attorneys, and CPAs for his services, and has spoken as an expert at the Appraisal Institute.In previous roles over the last 30 years, Ken has served as Managing Director, a member of the Industrial Executive Board, and has led his firm’s National Land Advisory, and Food and Beverage Advisory groups.
