ABOUT KENNETH REICH
Kenneth A. Reich is an experienced lawyer with a national practice. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America (2024), as a \"Super Lawyer\" since 2019, and as a \"Premier Environmental Lawyer\" in 2020. He concentrates his practice in environmental and energy law, civil litigation, commercial leasing and corporate law. He also counsels and represents clients on local, state and federal regulatory matters and provides general corporate and transactional advice. Mr. Reich is also a trained Mediator and Arbitrator and a former member of the commercial panel of the American Arbitration Assn. Of Counsel to the firm, Stephen J. Reich, is a member of both the MA and NY bars and concentrates his practice in copyrights, trademarks, contracts and civil litigation. The firm has the resources of lawyers around the country that it uses on a case by case basis.
