My practice now includes advising and counseling businesses and individuals on all types of commercial litigation and transaction matters, including securities, employment, ADA-compliance and regulatory matters. Ward Damon is a full service law firm. In the past, I have advised institutional and individual clients on securities law and regulatory issues pertaining to a wide variety of securities and corporate governance matters. I have performed in-depth investigations into merger and acquisition transactions, securities offerings and alleged fraud schemes at some of the world\'s largest corporations. I have managed and overseen teams of 20 or more attorneys and legal support staff ensuring that tasks are completed effectively and efficiently and have worked with colleagues and co-counsel to protect and pursue my clients\' interests. I am admitted to the Bar in the states of Florida, New York and New Jersey, and federal courts in the Second Circuit, Southern District of New York, District of New Jersey and Southern and Northern Districts of Florida.
