This report will include detailed information on observations, recommendations, work completed, pending work, and clients\' ongoing responsibilities.• Monitor the engagement\'s progress after the onsite review addressing any subsequent issues arising, uncompleted tasks and any problems disclosed in assigned functional areas.• Supervise work assigned to the client and to LPS personnel.• Develop procedures, flowcharts and other consulting materials.• Assist other LPS departments by providing professional and industry expertise as needed.• Identify solutions strategically designed to create a sustainable competitive advantage for client.• Understand client business and what they value.• Stay ahead of emerging business/technology products and services that are customer centric, internal and external to LPS involving CTO liaison.• Conduct client business analysis, with an ability to extract client issues, identify opportunities and provide solutions that bring value to client increasing productivity, efficiency and profitability levels.• Provide input to support various activities related to software sales and the promotion of LPS, including, but not limited to, executive summary, competitive analysis, sales conference calls, and gap and business operations analysis.
