I oversee recruiting, front end operations, training and development and service expectations for 83 stores in our marketing area. I oversee 7 product specialists including recruiters and trainers. I have my BSBA from ECU and am currently pursing my MBA. Prior to attending ECU I graduated from Wake Technical Community College with my Associates Degree. I have been in business management for twenty years. I have been with my current company for the past fifteen years and have 6 years’ experience in Human Resources Management. I am a driven individual that has a keen understanding of the recruiting world and a strong business aptitude. I have developed and given presentations for up to 200 people and up to 4 hours in length. I have used my skills to help develop several training courses for our organization and have helped lead our team to have the best customer service measures in the entire organization.
