We collaborate to deliver analytic clarity to the enterprise with the goal of enhancing patient experience, improving health outcomes, and reducing healthcare costs. Projects have included- Spearheading the centralization and consolidation of a mission-critical metric, readmissions. This project involved significant stakeholder buy-in (including C-suite), homogenization of data and vernacular, and the creation and dissemination of self-service dashboards to replace disparate ad hoc reports - Supporting a major home based medical care initiative via - geospatial analytics to inform care coverage / patient footprint; stakeholder alignment around metrics, reports, and dashboards; collaborative mapping of multiple flows of data intake and enhancement; and actuarial RAF HCC (re)capture process alignment- Enhancing communication and development opportunities within the analytics org by hosting representative council meetings and all-hands lunch & learn meetings, crafting educational assets, hosting the first Care Transitions Analytics Summit, and serving as a mediator in instances of internal friction- Consulting with solutions & innovation department to evaluate initiatives by conducting research using external and internal sources and crafting analytic proposals and white papers- Facilitating stakeholder alignment between the analytics and operations orgs to revamp dashboards and analytics reporting tools to better serve the needs of end users- Directing research collaborations between naviHealth and academic institutions, as well as industry partners, and managing the research portfolio and PR / publication process- Implementing the Johns Hopkins ACG pop health tool and administrating SAS statistical analytic software and CMS Limited Data Set.
