I teach other employees how to provide effective service in their party hosting as well as overseeing the birthday parties on a weekly basis. I also call up and check on those who\'ve booked parties to ensure smooth running of the party on the day. Also responsible for the running of the kitchen and I prepare food for all the parties on the day or will help with the rotation of parties due to limited rooms throughout the day. I also have a first aid qualification and as such provide first aid to customers in need of it when available. I also still do party hosting myself from time to time.
