Program Manager supporting the FHWA-FITSS II Contract. Coordinate the FITSS II Program Management Activities with the FHWA Office of Information Technology Service’s (FHWA-OITS) Program Management and Quality Control Office, the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and the Task Area CORs. Provides Program Management in accordance with the latest version of PMBOK. Assists FHWA-OITS in realizing cost savings, and efficiencies for IT related services for FHWA. Provides management expertise to ensure all contract work is done efficiently and effectively in support of FHWA-OITS business needs. Supervises contract performance to ensure work is done efficiently, accurately, on-time, within scope, within budget, and in compliance of the FITSS II contract. Directs a contract staff of over 120 full time employees in support of FHWA IT Services. Ensures the FITSS II Program Management Plan and the associated plans are up to date, and utilized in the execution of the contract. Coordinates all financial aspects of the $117 million contract. This includes FFP, and Cost plus areas of the contract with a base contract, as well as IDIQ task orders. Works with staff to continually improve processes, procedures and services in support of FHWA-OITS, and their customers. Interfaces with Sevatec Management, and FHWA-OITS Management to ensure customer satisfaction levels are high.
