With 30 years in law enforcement leadership, my top strengths are identifying and solving complex problems, quality decision-making, providing informed leadership, and ensuring focused, effective execution of team and organizational goals.I am able to identify and solve complex problems through systematic, analytical thinking. I investigate complicated situations, quickly learn new ideas and concepts, analyze data, recognize patterns, connect the dots, and generate insights. These strengths also form a foundation for high quality decisions and planning.A servant leader, I enjoy motivating and providing direction to my team to achieve common goals.
