Returned to the Authority in 2012 as its Chief Executive, which is responsible for the development and operations of public parking facilities, an indoor sports complex and five public golf courses. In that time, we have refinanced all three business units, acted as the Owner\'s Rep for a new $21M, 850 spaces parking garage which we just acquired from the developer of the $85M mixed use project. Involved in the early development planning for a $65M garage that will be a part of a $350M redevelopment project in Towson. Procured a new $1.3M parking access and revenue control system and a new Point of Sale system for our $16M golf division.
