My passion for fostering growth in projects, practices and most of all, people have been the driving factors in my career. My name is Ken Miller, a veteran infantry officer of the USMC, and I am the Co-Founder and CEO of Gain[z] Box, the leading national marketing platform and sampling box for brands operating within the Functional Fitness Industry. Doubling down and being the COO and co-owner of Orange Coast Crossfit, I am currently placed in a unique position to witness athletes\' experience in the gym, during their shopping, what they see on their digital radars, and how brands and products actually affect their lifestyle.

Our monthly box is delivered to the doorstep of our athletes and features premium products to enable athletes before, during and after their training.Our mission is simple: Raise awareness of the awesome brands that have stemmed out of or otherwise support the Crossfit community, and bring those products directly to our athletes worldwide.We are also very proud to support Veteran and adaptive athlete organizations through a portion of our profits every month. We have contributed to the Wounded Warrior Bn, Team Some Assembly Required (SAR), and Crossroads Alliance to name a few.
