   Partner directly with Legal to prepare/file regulatory forms and announcments with SEC, implementing innovative cost-saving applications which offer greater flexibility in presentation of 8-Ks and allow for filing complex forms in-house. • Prepare and file all Section 16 filings with SEC and ASX, constantly maintain that all newly appointed Section 16 filers have codes, and apply for new/updated codes through the SEC EDGAR Filer Management system. • Maintain minute books for News Corporation, all direct subsidiaries and the subsidiaries of HarperCollins and News America Marketing. • Provide board consents, secretary certificates, subsidiary lists, structure charts, signatory information, and company reports. Partner with Treasury and Tax to prepare all necessary documents. • Establish new entities through the reservation of proposed names, preparation and filing of organizational documents and additional state registrations as required.• Develop productive, professional relationships with directors, officers, and authorized signatories (or points of contact) of all News Corporation entities to maintain continued workflow.• Consistently exceed expectations as Chief Administrator for Blueprint Subsidiary Database, ensure properly training, establishment, and authorization while ensuring company information is accurate and complete.• Chief Administrator and Board Meeting Preparations Specialist for BoardPad, guarantee flawless execution of meetings including material distribution, record maintenance, training, troubleshooting, and security. • Prepare all board and annual meeting materials for NWS Digital Asia. Support resident directors by assisting in the procurement of new Director Identification Numbers, Digital Signature Certificates, coordinating all required certifying documents with government authorities and financial regulators.
