Part-time job coach who works intimately with clients on their actual job site. I shower them with compliments, provide positive affirmations, and attempt to encourage, advocate, and promote their abilities to perform extremely well at the job site. My goal is to become the best job coach at the company. I am hopeful that this position will become full-time by summer, 2017. I\'ve only been on staff for fewer than two months. Yet, I thoroughly enjoy the job itself and working with young people. It\'s a great way to motivate, cajole, and inspire young people. I observe how they perform on the job. But, I sit back and take an \"unobtrusive approach\" to dealing with the client. The primary goal is for them to be as independent as possible on the job site. It is not to interfere with their ability to do to the work. Rather, I walk side by side with them providing the utmost amount of encouragement, personal advocacy, and positive affirmations.
